Built in 1880, this federal-style brick house - the former
Hiestand Estate - offers three thoughtfully appointed guest
rooms with private baths, a parlor featuring a fireplace and
piano, a relaxing porch swing, beautifully landscaped lawn,
hearty breakfasts and complimentary snacks.

for the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, during a two-night
stay between December 2003 and March 2004. The most needed
items include canned meat, fish, nuts, fruits, and
vegetables, pasta, cereal, baking mixes, condiments,
powdered milk, cleaning products, paper products, personal
care items, and baby products.
